SHIB reached new heights with $3.41 billion in trading volume during the last 24 hours. This is the highest level since May.
The weekend didn’t see the top “meme coins”, with both Shiba Inu and Dogecoin seeing significant gains on Sunday.
According to CoinMarketCap Shiba Inu rose more than 30% by midday according to CoinMarketCap . It rose from $0.00001516 early in the morning to $0.00001774. The trading volume for the past 24 hours was $3.41 billion. SHIB currently stands at $0.00001671.
After a meteoric increase of $0.000007911 in less that a month, SHIB reached its all-time record high of $0.00008 on October 2021.
According to CoinMarketCap, Dogecoin rose by nearly 8% from $0.0771 up to $0.0838 in the same time frame.
In June, DOGE traded above $0.08 for the last time. The coin’s fans are keen to see it reach $0.10 even though it traded at $0.18 at its beginning and $0.34 at the end of last year.
These two coins have fought for the leading market capital in recent months. It hovers around $10 billion today.
