Creators of the popular Board Ape NFT collection, Yuga Labs has released another video clip showing the Otherside metaverse. “Kodas,” a group of characters from Otherside, is featured in the second trailer. The development team states that “the story will continue later in Q4.
Yuga Labs, using the Twitter account @Othersidemeta shared a teaser video of the upcoming metaverse, the Otherside on September 1, 2022. This video is a follow-up to Yuga Labs publishing Otherside which covers the “foundational principle” of the forthcoming metaverse.

The second trailer gives some background before “Curtis”, a BAYC member, enters the portal. Meanwhile, the Doors’ “Break On Through” plays. This 2-minute clip shows a character known as a Koda, who is equipped with a sword and filling a jar with some foreign liquid.
A portal appears, looking for the Koda in the mysterious jar. The portals are colored and the Koda is transported to one of them. Although the Otherside litepaper mentions the Koda characters, the identity of these creatures is unknown.
The litepaper mentions that the codex, Koda origins and the Decoupling will all be revealed as the project moves closer to the “Voyager’s Journey” stage. This was around the time that the litepaper was released.
According to cryptoslam.io statistics, the Otherside’s Otherdeed collection trade volume saw an important spike in sales over the past 24 hours. It jumped 179.81% over the previous day. It has $760897 the third largest collection.
The weekly statistics tell a different story. Seven-day data shows that Otherdeed NFT Collection’s sales are 34.62% lower than the previous week despite today’s rise. According to seven-day statistics, Otherdeed has the ninth largest NFT collection in terms of sales.
As Bored Ape trades brought in $10.84million, the BAYC collection is second in weekly sales. Bored Apes rank fifth today in terms of 24-hour sales. BAYC gathered $577 845 during the last day.
